A tester recently reported that opening Jira tickets from everfind redirected users to our internal Jira project. We’ve fixed this issue - you can now create Jira tickets from everfind as expected.

Important:

If you’ve connected a Jira project to everfind, you’ll need to reconnect it to ensure everything works properly.

1. Go to the Integrations tab

2. Click on your Jira connection

3. Click the red “Disconnect” button on the bottom left and confirm

4. Click on the Jira integration item and reconnect your Jira account
